DESCRIPTION
​
Our Spiritual Ministry Class is all about learning to live in the call of Jesus who commanded us to; “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons.” (Matt. 10:8) These ministry activities were available not only to first century believers, Jesus predicted that "these signs would follow all those who believe." (Mark 16:17) Learning to trust God and to minister in the purposes and power of Jesus is the focus of this course. This advanced course includes classroom and “hands on” ministry training.
COURSE CONTENT

1. Ministry Protocol – Basic guidelines and policies that guide effective ministry to others.
​
2. Hearing God – Recap (from Prophetic Ministry Training) regarding how to hear God’s voice and pray for others.
​
3. Salvation – How to lead someone to encounter God and how to enable them to give their life to Jesus.
​
4. Biblical Basis for Healing – Gaining faith and growing in the knowledge of God’s provision for divine Healing.
​
5. Five Step Prayer Model – Learn the Five Steps to seeing God heal and transform lives.
​
6. Words of Knowledge – Learning how to properly hear & obey the promptings of the Spirit in ministry to others.
​
7. Prayer Strategies – Contending for healing & transformation. Identifying hindrances to breakthrough.
​
8. Deliverance – Identifying & breaking curses. Ten-step Prayer model for deliverance from demonic oppression.
INSTRUCTORS
​
Jon Quesenberry (MDiv.) is the senior pastor of the Dwelling Place and director of the Community Prayer Room. Jon has been involved in prayer ministry and deliverance for over 30 years.
​
Angela Loan (MaE) is the executive pastor and administrator of the Dwelling Place. She is a retired teacher with over 20 years of instructional experience both in the classroom and in small group facilitation.
